Our unique LDI Living Dance International Creative Pre-Dance curriculum has been designed to promote development of 7 essential skills, ensuring students are ready to participate (and succeed) in physical activities by age 6.
Skills include coordination, muscle tone, balance, strength, hand eye coordination,
body awareness, neural pathway development and proprioception.

Our beautiful LDI Living Dance International syllabus draws from French, Russian and British techniques, with a particular emphasis on creative expression.
The curriculum uses a cohesive approach to dance instruction, developing movement from the core out, brining understanding of the body without forcing the young dancers joints.
Students taking this class may enrol in Examinations and the Choreography Medal Award.

This fun, up-tempo class from LDI allows students to explore jazz and modern contemporary dance techniques without the sensual movement and costuming often seen in these dance forms.
The curriculum draws from Graham, Ailey and Limon techniques and is popular among students with a gymnastic background while also suitable for beginners.
Students taking this class may enrol in Examinations and the Choreography Medal Award.

This class will have you on your feet in no time. Many of our dancers love taking this class as it gives them the opportunity to learn new steps easily and showcase their talent. Our unique GE Generation Edinburgh Tap dance curriculum from Scotland has rhythm challenges with variety and fun tapping and a Mini Routine is learned at all levels.
Students taking this class may enrol in Examinations and the Choreography Medal Award.
This class is a favorite among many of our students. Everyone loves the opportunity to explore the jazz dance moves and travelling steps taught in this class. Students will learn expressive lyrical jazz components and a Mini Routine at all levels using our unique GE Generation Edinburgh dance curriculum from Scotland.
Students taking this class may enrol in Examinations and the Choreography Medal Award.
New in 2023, this class is an energetic style of dance incorporating a variety of modern hip hop styles including breakdance, tutting and street funk. The class focuses on developing creativity and expression alongside fundamental techniques, exploring elements of space, dynamics, timing, levels, shape and transition.
Students taking Level 1 in 2023 may enrol in the SDA Choreography Medal Award.
